Jim Supple founded Great Marsh in 2015 after a successful leadership career in financial services. Jim has helped individuals and teams successfully navigate a wide spectrum of personal, organizational, and enterprise level challenges.
About Jim Supple
Jim Supple is the founder and the principal Executive Coach at Great Marsh Consulting, LLC. Jim brings more than 35 years of successful business leadership and team building experience to his coaching practice. His approach focuses on helping leaders, their teams and other professionals gain increased awareness of their most powerful talents and to consciously apply these toward achieving their highest professional objectives.
Before forming Great Marsh, Jim had a long career in the financial services sector. The last 25 years with Fidelity Investments, where he served as Executive Vice President of Financial Advisor Solutions from 2009 until his retirement in 2015. In this role he lead a team of several hundred individuals, oversaw transformation and key client facing teams, and built innovative solutions for a changing market environment. His teams consistently had high levels of both clients and associate engagement.
Jim is a Trustee and Vice Chair of the Foundation for the Boston Arts Academy, a public high school dedicated to the education of Artists, Scholars, and Citizens in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a former member of the CEB Global Sales Leadership Council, the Investment Company Institute (ICI) Sales and Marketing Council, and Parents’ Council at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Jim holds the ACC accreditation from the International Coach Federation, is and Everything DiSC Authorized Partner Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. He and his wife Mary are the parents of four adult children, grandparents of two and live in Newburyport, Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Boston College.
